Occupational Therapists

Jenny Alders
Jenny grew up in a small town in Southwest MN and graduated from St Catherine University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. Jenny obtained a Master’s Degree in Education from St Mary’s University. She has spent the past 27 years of her career focused on pediatrics- both in the school systems and outpatient pediatric settings. She has advanced training in SOS feeding, Therapeutic Listening, M.O.R.E, RMTi, and hippotherapy.
Jenny opened HHH Pediatric Therapy in 2020 because she wanted to create an environment where children not only received outstanding therapy services, but where parents and families felt supported and not so alone in their journey.
In her time away from HHH, Jenny enjoys spending time with her 3 grown daughters and her husband. She lives on a hobby farm and spends most weekends during the summer months traveling to barrel races across the Midwest.

Ashlee Holmes
Ashlee has been in the field as an occupational therapy practitioner since 2010. She started in the field with her associates degree from Anoka Tech (COTA/L) then went back to school several years later to earn her Master’s degree at Saint Catherine’s University (MOTR/L). Ashlee heavily focuses on play based therapy approaches. She has a passion for sensory processing and family oriented goals. She has worked in a variety of practice areas including peds, hand therapy, and neuro.
Ashlee is specially trained in the areas of pediatric feeding (SOS feeding, Responsive Feeder, ARFID), sensory processing, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), ASD certification, ADHD certification, pediatric yoga, M.O.R.E, Therapressure Protocol, and handwriting. Ashlee recently completed her pediatric bowel and bladder dysfunction course.
When not at work, Ashlee enjoys playing with her toddler, going on family outings, and working out. She loves making sensory bins for her patients as well as her kiddo at home.

Liz Hanson
Liz grew up in Saint Michael, Minnesota. She attended University of Wisconsin – Stout where she obtained her B.S. in Rehabilitation Services. Liz attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from the Occupational Therapy Program with her Doctorate. Her favorite part about working with pediatrics is building relationships with families and playing all day long!
Liz has a passion for trauma-informed care, fine, gross, and visual motor skills, feeding therapy, reflexes, emotional regulation, and social interaction skills. Liz attended the SOS Approach to Feeding course in Philadelphia, PA in 2023 and has completed a multitude of other training to increase her knowledge and skills.
Outside of being an OT, Liz is a wife to her husband, Zach, a mama to her new daughter, Grace, and a fur mama to their Golden Retriever, Remi. Liz loves to be outside or on the lake at their family cabin in Nisswa, MN, spend time with family and friends, go for walks, cook, and bake.

Kennedi Foster
Kennedi graduated from Bethel University with a degree in Biokinetics and then studied at the College of St. Scholastica and received her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Kennedi has always enjoyed working with kids.
Kennedi has grown her knowledge and skills in the areas of sensory processing, emotional regulation, and fine and gross motor coordination.
Outside of being an OT, Kennedi enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends.

Cheyenne Cox
Cheyenne grew up in East Bethel MN. She attended Anoka Technical College and graduated with her AAS Degree from the OTA program.
Cheyenne is passionate about feeding therapy, sensory processing, bowel and bladder dysfunction/pediatric incontinence, and emotional regulation. She has advanced training in SOS Approach to Feeding, Safe and Sound Protocol and Pediatric Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
Cheyenne loves to do anything outdoors- pickleball, reading, going to the gym, and skiing are some of her favorite hobbies. She is a fur momma to her Golden Retriever, Buck and wife to husband, Max.

Sarah Schoon
Sarah grew up in rural MN all of her life and moved to the Twin Cities area to attend Anoka Technical College, where she graduated in 2022 with an Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree. Sarah is passionate about patient care and lifelong learning which she has used in several roles both working with elders and children.
Sarah has particularly enjoyed working with children at HHH Pediatric Therapy and has a special interest in sensory integration, emotional regulation, and executive functioning.
Outside of being a COTA Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing things outdoors such as hiking and gardening, exploring new places, cooking, baking, craft projects, volunteering in the community, and reading or listening to audiobooks.

Katie Wrazidlo
Katie graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and then attended The College of St. Scholastica where she received her master’s in Occupational Therapy. Katie has been working as a pediatric occupational therapist since 2019. She enjoys working collaboratively with families and helping children grow and develop through play.
Katie has completed a multitude of training and certifications in special interest areas including feeding disorders, infant development (Torticollis), sensory integration, executive functioning (ADHD certification), reflex integration, pediatric mental health, and social skills (Superflex Curriculum).
Outside of being an OT, Katie loves to spend time with her husband, daughter Rylee, and dog Nanook. She enjoys going on walks, baking, pickleball, golfing, attending pilates classes, and reading.

Sue Jaeger
Sue received her Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from St. Cloud State University.
She has special interest in early language, motor speech, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Sue has advanced training in PROMPT, Kaufman, ORPP, TOTS, Beckman Oral Motor, and TalkTools.
She lives in Maple Grove with her husband and four children. When she’s not at HHH she enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hiking, kayaking, or anything outdoors!

Allison Athmann
Allison grew up in St Cloud, MN and graduated with her Masters Degree from the University of MN Duluth. Her favorite part of being a speech-language-pathologist is helping kids find their voice.
She has special interest and advanced training in pediatric feeding, gestalt language development and augmentative/alternative communication services.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling, going to her family cabin and spending time outdoors with friends, family and her dog, Ivy.

Jennifer Schmitz
Jen graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Jen has special interests in articulation, language, fluency, and social pragmatic language. She has advanced training in social pragmatic language through the Social Thinking curriculum and enjoys organizing social skills groups at HHH. Jen also recently completed a sensory certification course.
In her free time, Jen loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and dog. She also enjoys traveling, going to the cabin, listening to live music, and watching sports. She is excited to add a daughter to her family in 2025!

Sarah Hinrichs
Sarah graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Sarah has special interests in cognitive communication, articulation, and language. She also works with the geriatric population, providing therapy for adult language, speech, and swallowing disorders.
She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She loves playing with her dog, June, and spending time with her young niece, both of whom she has many pictures of!
Physical Therapists

Max Vang
Max graduated from St. Catherine University with a degree in Physical Therapy. He has clinical experience in adult outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and pediatric outpatient rehabilitation.
Max is one of seven siblings and happens to fall right in the middle of it. His family is very competitive, which led him to enjoy being very active in his free time. Max enjoys playing volleyball, basketball, and lifting weights. He also enjoys playing board games, watching movies/TV shows, and eating good food.

Abby Vermilyea
Abby graduated from the University of Minnesota with her doctorate in physical therapy. She has experience working with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses in patients of all ages. She has a special interest in pediatrics and working with people that have joint hypermobility.
Abby enjoys playing with her dog (Stanley), working on home remodeling projects with her husband (Eric), cooking and baking, reading, spending time with family, and anything outdoors.
